Staff is a very important thing. My staff makes decisions on the contents of posts and who does what. Sometimes I get a bad egg for a staff member. There are ways to prevent that by these rules. There are some things to take into account.

* I Also Dont Want Applications Because it's FAKE since you can Pretty Much Write Anything Down On the Internet
* I Also Wont Give Out Staff As A Prize Or Some Sort But I Will Give Out Points;)
* I Will Only Give Staff Position To Dedicated People That Help's In A Good WAy To Support and Improve Us
* I Wont Give Staff Out If They Say "I Have This And That* Experience or Something Like That
* I Wont Give Out An Admin Spot. This is the ultimate control of my forum. I only give out the ADMIN Spot If I Close With The Person & I Know I Can Trust Them Or Like A Relative or Something
